Eduardo answered me promptly. He set an arrival time and was punctual. He diagnosed my Samsung dryer and found the problem. He had the part I needed with him so I didn't have to wait. Put everything back in place. Tested to see everything was working. Even helped me install a new dryer vent hose that I had previously purchased. He cleaned the area. The charge was just right. Kept his info for future use if needed. Highly recommend Eduardo.
