- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the amount of servings and details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to me with all of the required information, I provide 3 solid quotes. If the customer would like to move forward, we finalize details and an invoice and contract is emailed to the customer for payment and signature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business, therefore my customers always receive great customer service. I also have 8 years of training in the dessert industry.
