- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the complexity of the job. I offer bundled pricing for multiple services like wire concealment or soundbar installation. There are no surprise fees—I provide a clear estimate upfront based on your setup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few key questions about the TV size, wall type, and whether they already have a mount. Then I confirm the time and arrive with everything needed. I work quickly, clean up after the job, and test everything before leaving
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience is the most valuable training in this field. I’ve installed hundreds of TVs on different surfaces—drywall, concrete, metal studs—and I stay updated with new mounting systems and home tech setups
