- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use apps such as homewyse calculator and home advisor in order to get a general idea what certain projects would normally cost customers in their area. I am always open to negotiate as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to be a travel field technician for Comcast/ Xfinity. I installed cable, internet, phone, and home security. That is my background. I now have a Journeyman's Electrical license.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It helps to have pictures and detailed descriptions of your project.
