Working with Kennell was a BREEZE!! I wish I was able to select more “highlights” but it only let me select 3 so I want to mention that he was also right on time and professional! He responded within minutes to my thumbtack request for a quote. He answered all of my extra questions (repair required by insurance after property inspection so he had to be licensed, provide an invoice, etc) very expeditiously and came to complete the job within days of our conversation. His quote was fair and under the other quotes I received. I have already hired Kennell to come back this Saturday to repair something else for me! TLDR: HIRE KM STUCCO ASSET CORP!!!!!

KM did stucco work and painted home October 2022. By March 2023, there were cracks, rust, some dry spots in the stucco and the paint was peeling. They came to my home around May 2023 and painted over a few spots but didn't address the stucco issues. By July the cracking was back but worst this time. Ever since then, I've been contacting them but they've been ignoring my attempts to resolve the issue.

I’m sorry, but all those areas were not part of the deal, this house has a lot of problems with tartar due to the type of materials it has since they are metal and because they are so old, the tartar comes out everywhere, we did not make an agreement on change all the corners, far from it. only the area we agreed on and that area is still good. If you want the job to look good, remove all that rusty material throughout the house and apply new stucco and that way the problem will stop. But you want to come and blame us for all the problems your house has. that can’t be like that.
