- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use dynamic pricing to determine the best price for your property. That’s a fancy way of saying that our software checks prices at similar homes and hotels and takes into account seasonality and events in the area to make sure we get you the best possible price. We offer a competitive 15% commission for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical onboarding process takes approximately 2 weeks. This includes creating your listing, obtaining professional photos and making sure the home is properly equipped to welcome guests. If licenses are required then it might take longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a senior executive managing customer operations for fortune 500 companies for 25 years. I am passionate about translating my corporate experience to the short term rental industry one guest a time.
