- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at 8-10% and depends on various factors. Additional services like rentals, project management, evictions, buyer or seller consultation, negotiation with the cities, and renovations & repairs are all available separately if not under management contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would have a discovery meeting to see what your goals are, what you challenges are, how fast or slow are you wanting to get this done. What would the plan moving forward be to get you where you want to go or should be factor some other things into the plan that you may not have thought about. What is the market data saying and what can we do to get you as close to top dollar as possible with your budget.
