- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at 8-10% and depends on various factors. Additional services like rentals, project management, evictions, buyer or seller consultation, negotiation with the cities, and renovations & repairs are all available separately if not under management contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would have a discovery meeting to see what your goals are, what your challenges are, how fast or slow are you wanting to get this done. What would the plan moving forward be to get you where you want to go or should we factor some other things into the plan that you may not have thought about. I will research and interpret the market data. We will go over and discuss what is the market data reporting and how it affects your goals. We will also discuss what we can do to get you as close to top dollar as possible with your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified real estate negotiation expert (RENE)(CNE), certified property manager(CPM), and licensed real estate broker with the state of Florida. I have training in marketing, pricing (BPO), management, working with the city officials, and doing project management in the midst of disasters. I use mainly Gold Coast but am always looking for valuable courses, books,and techniques to keep my skills sharp and put my clients in the best possible position to make real estate moves in their favor.
