Fantastic seller from beginning to endChristine did a fantastic job helping me to sell my property -- she helped to facilitate renovations (including the renovation planning process) that we did prior to selling the apartment. She then guided us through the price listing process, doing thorough research into comparable houses to guide us to the best price. After all renovations and pricing were done, we were able to sell and close on the apartment in under a month after listing. She also went above and beyond to make sure the apartment was presentable -- helping to clean up dust left by the renovators or buying the new lock needed for the mailbox. After the sale, she helped with answering offboarding questions (i.e. how I transfer my utility bill, etc.). She was patient and did a great job handling my questions as well as my Mother's. Overall incredible job by Christine!
