This statement by Ms Norrissa Thompson is largely exaggerated. We did not remember Norrissa Thompson until she described this situation as we receive many requests per day. We never sent any messages to Ms Norrissa Thompson at 2am. We do, however, send all of our clients a review request and statistics of body fat test, in which, according to our log, Ms Norrissa Thompson was considered "at risk" so we prioritized her. We offered Norrissa Thompson a female trainer. But the female trainer, who is a contractor, declined to work with Norrissa Thompson based on attitude. So we let it go. All of our client experiences here have been positive, but every once in a while, we get miscommunications. But as you can see, Norrissa Thompson's issue has nothing to do with the actual physical service we provide.
