- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. We provide hourly rates, package rates, and virtual rates. 2. Pricing is project based. 3. Hire one or two organizers, or use a team of 10 to expedite and complete entire project in a day. 4. Deposits are used to secure your selected work date and procure materials. 5. Payment is due at the end of each day of service 6. Veteran, Senior and First Responder discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is all about connecting, learning your ideal and then bringing your vision into reality. 1. Initial consultation 2. Routine questions regarding your project and expectations 3. Issue a written proposal/estimate/contract 4. Schedule work date and remit contract signed with deposit *Some clients will forward pictures of areas within their home/office they would like organized for better visualization during our conversation. *If an in-person evaluation is necessary, we will meet you at your location and we will discuss a game plan. *Our goal is to help you create space and flow. I was a realtor for a decade. This allowed me to grow my creative eye with clearing, staging, and creating appealing properties that sold fast. I’ve incorporated meditation and awareness creating and utilizing space to be the most effective and efficient.
