Our experience was great! We started our booking via Thumbtack and it a matter of second we were contacted by Arthur who helped us through the booking process and answered all our questions. He was great. They followed up and submitted everything to my building on a timely manner. The day of the move we worked with Alex and Alex who were punctual, worked efficiently and also helped us bring our couch to our unit which was a crazy challenge. But they figure it out and we made it happen. Highly recommend these guys, they’re great hardworking people. Don’t hesitate in hiring them!
