Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with mo hidden fees. We provide upfront estimates based on the size of the move, distance and any additional services requested. We offer discounts on repeat customers, referrals and flexible scheduling on off-peak days. Extra charges may apply for specialty items, last minute bookings, or long distance moves, but always discuss these in advance to ensure complete clarity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand the moving needs, timeline and special requests. Next we provide a detailed estimate and plan the logistics. On moving day, our team arrives on time, carefully packs and transports items, and ensures everything is set up at the new location. We finish with a final check to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on experience in logistics, packing techniques, and furniture handling. Additionally, I’ve completed safety training for proper lifting and transportation methods to ensure efficiency and prevent damage to belongings.
