I was gifting this precious pup to my Mother and needed her to be nice and groomed beforehand. I made the appointment super late and they were able to accommodate me the very next day! Jacqueline was on time and an absolute pleasure! She did such a great job grooming Merry (that was her name at the time) that as soon as my Mom saw her, she fell in love with her and renamed her “Preciosa” (precious in Spanish)

Jacqueline was very professional very accommodating with five English bulldogs and one Siberian husky she did an amazing job all my dogs enjoyed working with her as everything came out beautifully. She arrived on time even a little bit earl. She made the friends with the dogs by petting and chatting with them and then went right to work, I felt bad because when she was done with the husky, she was covered with the undercoat of bunny fur. She was still smiling. Can’t wait to schedule another appointment with her. Thanks for the recommendation on the groomer.

So, as I’m doing spring cleaning in the middle of summer, I realized my labor is fruitless until I get my dogs under control. I have two pomskies. They shed beyond belief (if you need pictures, I can prove it). I came to my trusted source (Thumbtack)… And this was the only company that was available to groom my two dogs today! Huge relief! Not only were they punctual, but they sent the sweetest most caring Groomer (Juan… I call him Juanito). He spent three hours ( at the very least) With my two dogs. They smell so good. They are so clean. Nails trimmed. Hair trimmed. I wish I could say that they are de-shedded… But I realize that is a dream/fantasy/un -reality 2 pomskies…jus sayin!). Meanwhile I can honestly say ….on a scale 1 to 10 (1 being… OMG, so much hair coming out of every single crevice of each single dog…10, they are as perfect w/a hair or 2 released) Juanito is AMAZING!!!!!! Patient!!!! Professional!!! Caring!!! Dedicated! He will be the ONLY groomer that grooms my dogs!…from here on out. The Company, very efficient! Availability perfect! The Groomer this Company sent… so grateful! P. S. I sometimes question myself when leaving these reviews, because I realize, the better the review, the bigger the chance this Groomer will not be available because he is coveted. P. S. S. Regardless, I only know how to be honest. And I am still so grateful for today’s service. Now I’m going to go back to Thumbtack to find a cleaning service (now that my dogs are not shedding) to clean my home. Hope you understand and FML!!! These are not my favorite tasks to do in life.
