- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our prices quoted have no additional fees, except tips. We offer discounts on multi hour (7 hours or more) service minimums. All are billing is automated using a invoicing system. You can cancel for any reason, just give us at least 1 weeks notice before your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get as much information from them as possible, to put them in the right vehicle from our fleet. Then make sure they understand how to book, when they are ready - to guarantee the right vehicle is reserved for them on the correct date and time they need.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Most important - how many people are in your party, how many locations do want to you visit and what’s your budget?
