He quickly found out that the skimmer basket and line was filled with a ton of limestone gravel, that had gotten into the basket while our landscapers were doing some work behind the pool. He fished as much gravel out as he could, rinsed the filter a few times, and did some kind magic with the pump lines to flush the rest of the gravel out of the system. He examined the pump, then looked @ the pool and determined that I had a leak and that my skimmer was bad & was leaking as well. He suggested that we empty the pool, repair the leak, add Diamond bright to the raised surface leak, and replace the skimmer. While the pool was empty he suggested that he acid wash the diamond bright pool bottom & sides. I authorized the work, and at the same time he added a pair of new valves, and repaired the bottom drain. Philip was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job.
