- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find the need to look into the project/job in person myself before giving a quote and I like to listen of what they want and share and interchange ideas base on their budget to find affordable options so they can save base on the options I provided and what the job requires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of experience and every year I find myself learning something new base on customers and business needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always like to build things and create new things.
