Buyer Beware: DO NOT BOOK! I don’t recommend this cleaning company. Communication was ok but the cleaning service was horrible. First on Thumbtack, I listed the amount of rooms, bathrooms etc before getting a quote. As soon as the cleaners entered they wanted more money. That was a red flag. So instead of changing the fee; I cut the job in half: Clean the main floor only. They couldn’t handle that. I had a lot of dust from renovating my kitchen, that was the purpose of getting the service. Dust was still present after their service. They don’t move boxes nor furniture to clean under things. They didn’t sweep corners. They half way cleaned the railings. They didn’t even move a small tic tac toe game from the center table and wipe down the surface of the table. The floors were wiped but left dull with visible dust in the areas where they didn’t bother to shift the furniture or boxes. When I spoke to her about the bathroom; she told me they left the dirty towels in the bathroom and didn’t remove any trash from the bathroom because I didn’t provide a trash bag. That’s a very ridiculous cheap excuse. And I have lots of trash bags in the kitchen and storage room; but she never asked for any. All my cleaners previously bring their own supplies. I recently moved and needed to find a reliable cleaning co and decided to try Activ. because I trust Thumbtack. That was the wrong choice. (I added 2 pics of me just pushing the box and couch over to clean the dust they didn’t. If you zoom into the second photo you can see a coin and other debris on the floor) Ugh!

Kelly and her team did an amazing job cleaning my 3 bed/3 bath townhome. I was amazed by how thorough the cleaning was for a standard cleaning because when finished, it looked like my house had a deep cleaning.
