First and foremost, the guidance and expertise in the design creation and materials selection, the transformation between old and new, the quality of work performed, and the ultimate end product were exceptional, to say the least. As most any remodel experience goes, especially those involving layout redesign and removal of multiple load bearing walls with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical in them, there were many challenges. Challenges aside, Schwalb Builders was very professional and accommodating. When there were project delays that interfered with an important milestone party we were going to host, they compensated us for alternate plans we had to make. When the entire HVAC duct system had to be rerouted to the 3rd floor of our house, they took on this expense as part of their fixed price model, even when they technically might not have had to. All in all, I would definitely recommend this company, and would advise anyone new to the remodeling process for large/complex projects, that patience is a virtue which will reward you with a stunning and game changing space for your CASA.

I would like to thank this company for transferring my kitchen into a beautiful and exceptionally functional living space, I cant believe its mine. You listened to what I hoped to accomplish with the renovation a more open floor plan. You were so detail oriented; you even asked me if i was right or left handed. The fact that there would be no additional costs once the project started and that Schwalb Builders uses their own staff for all the work, helped me make my decision. The project teams who worked at my home were dedicated and professional. They treated me like they were working for their own family. At the end of each day, the jobsite was neat and organized. Floors were swept. Plastic sheeting was placed to control dust from the renovation. The project teams took time to make sure that I was happy as the items were installed and were able to make a few changes in the design as the project went along. I am looking forward to my next Schwalb Builders project
