They came and clean the ducts, which was fine. However, I was not in the apartment and had asked a family member to be there. The person called me and said that my blower was full of dust and needed to be cleaned for an extra 200 and I had a clog in the line that he can clear and flush for 400, and before you know it, they were upselling me for $800 but wait, a 15% discount to bring it to 700 and change. I said no, and brought in a local company in Pembroke Pines and they cleared the clog in the line for $60 and looked at my blower and thought it was fine, it was not “caked in dust”. They cleaned the ducts again and did a sanitizing spray which was included in the duct cleaning; unlike this company that they wanted to charge me another 100 or 200 bucks. It is so hard to find honest people in this area.

I can't say enough good things about UV Air Solutions. They very prompt and professional. Even though it is a Florida based company the owner made special accommodations to do work for my company in New Jersey. This is mostly because they are originally New Yorkers.
