I reached out for a few quotes for grooming services for my little furbaby and Pets Love Us was the first to “promptly” respond. I am very impressed by the professionalism and commitment to accommodate their customers needs. Jackie was scheduled to groom my little dog and actually arrived ahead of the appointment time. She did an excellent job with the grooming and my little dog seemed to enjoy being in Jackie’s care. I highly recommend Pets Love Us and plan to continue with their service in the future 🙂

So, as I’m doing spring cleaning in the middle of summer, I realized my labor is fruitless until I get my dogs under control. I have two pomskies. They shed beyond belief (if you need pictures, I can prove it). I came to my trusted source (Thumbtack)… And this was the only company that was available to groom my two dogs today! Huge relief! Not only were they punctual, but they sent the sweetest most caring Groomer (Juan… I call him Juanito). He spent three hours ( at the very least) With my two dogs. They smell so good. They are so clean. Nails trimmed. Hair trimmed. I wish I could say that they are de-shedded… But I realize that is a dream/fantasy/un -reality 2 pomskies…jus sayin!). Meanwhile I can honestly say ….on a scale 1 to 10 (1 being… OMG, so much hair coming out of every single crevice of each single dog…10, they are as perfect w/a hair or 2 released) Juanito is AMAZING!!!!!! Patient!!!! Professional!!! Caring!!! Dedicated! He will be the ONLY groomer that grooms my dogs!…from here on out. The Company, very efficient! Availability perfect! The Groomer this Company sent… so grateful! P. S. I sometimes question myself when leaving these reviews, because I realize, the better the review, the bigger the chance this Groomer will not be available because he is coveted. P. S. S. Regardless, I only know how to be honest. And I am still so grateful for today’s service. Now I’m going to go back to Thumbtack to find a cleaning service (now that my dogs are not shedding) to clean my home. Hope you understand and FML!!! These are not my favorite tasks to do in life. But whatever… This dog grooming service R❤️CKS!!!! And PLEASE don’t take my Juanito from me!🙏🏼🤣🙏🏼

We are so happy with our standard poodle puppy’s bath and groom! She looks like a whole new dog! It was my 5 month old puppy’s first grooming and the groomer handler her nervousness with a calm and gentle manner. She looks great! Thank you again!

I can’t say enough good things about Pets Love Us! They were incredibly accommodating to our 13-year-old miniature schnauzer, Rocky, who is both blind and deaf. Rocky also had some matted hair, and we were a little worried about how he’d handle the grooming. Jacqueline, our groomer, was so kind and gentle with him. She took wonderful care of Rocky, ensuring that he was comfortable throughout the entire process. It was clear she really understands how to work with senior pets and made the experience stress-free for both him and us. We are so grateful for the exceptional service and highly recommend Pets Love Us, especially for pets with special needs!
