- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having been in business for over 50 years, we have great relationships with the manufacturers and work to constantly provide the best pricing in the marketplace. We have options for every budget and pride ourselves on the ability to find the right product at the right price for our customers. In addition, we will match or beat any written quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process consists of two options. Option #1 is a shop at home experience. The customer and project manager will discuss needs over the phone, and the project manager will select samples and come to the house to show the customer. In addition, the project manager will measure the areas of work so they can provide a estimate to the customer. Option #2 is to set appointment in the store. The project manager will meet the customer to show all the available styles and products for the customer to choose from. Once a decision has been made, a appointment will be made to measure the selected areas of work so that we can provide an accurate estimate for the scope of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Don Bailey, Sr (who is the man on the billboard famously laying "naked" on the carpet) started this company over 50 years ago and now his son, Don Bailey, Jr runs the company on a day-to-day basis.
