I contacted Leak Troopers to fix a bathtub overflow valve that a previous company had identified as the source of a leak. Despite providing the plumbing/leak report to them and specifically asking for them to fix the valve, they instead, during their free estimate, proposed to do another two hour leak inspection plus report at a cost of $525 when I already had a report done. They also said I needed to rip apart the bathroom roof of the downstairs bathroom unit to verify the leak despite their website advertising a "non-invasive approach using cutting-edge technology". Ripping apart a ceiling is hardly non-invasive. When I contacted them through Thumbtack after their visit and asked for specifically what the problem was and what they found during their "free" estimate, I got no response. I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend to others
