Mr. Willan responded to my inquiry right away and within days, came to my home for a free estimate for floor repair, carpet removal, and LVP installation services. Mr. Willan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and hard working. He said what he was going to do and went right to work to get it done with no delays. It would be my privilege to be able to partner with him for our future home projects and flooring needs. The outcome of our LVP flooring was superb! Tim is amazing. We were in a hurry to repair a severely damaged subfloor, as well as replace tile and broken grout with luxury vinyl plank flooring. He was highly responsive and worked diligently to provide a great-looking finished product. We had a small area of hardwood flooring that needed to be replaced. Fortunately we had the wood saved from install years ago. Mr. Willan responded on Thumbtack almost immediately, fit us into the schedule pretty quickly and did a beautiful job. The new blends with the old beautifully! I would highly recommend him.
