- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Free Estimates. We also offer 10% new customer discount. Every protentional jobsite is visited to get to know the customer and to answer their questions and concerns about the work that will be preform. We want to visit the site so that we can see what the job entails and make notes about the work being preform so we don't disappoint the customer. Also by seeing the work at hand we can give the customer a fair an honest quote. We require a 10% down at the time of acceptance of our work proposal. The rest of the payment can be made at the completion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my customers is important to me. First of all treat them right, next listen to them and their concerns and their questions. Noting details with the job they want done. Each job that we do has a detail sheet that spells out exactly what the customer wants done. During and before leaving the jobsite we make sure the customer is happy with everything that is being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up in the Horticulture industry. Went to school for it. I am certified in the industry. I continue to go to and attend on going classes for my trade. i am fully certified in the use and handling of Pesticides and Identification of insects. I am well verse in organic practices as well, using organic fertilizers natural alternatives.
