Since 2001 I been in the business of marble and tile and grout restoration, since 2008 I been on my own , we restore any marble floors tile and grout, countertops, showers, and our goal is to make a customer 100% satisfaction, we don’t get deposit and customer pay in full when job is completed, I like to see a customer happy when I bring their floors back to life.

Jose was very professional and took his time explaining the whole process. I was originally thinking I wanted a matte finish, but after he showed me how it would look like, I quickly changed my mind. I ended up choosing a satin finish which makes the floor smooth and easy to clean. His crew did a great job cleaning, polishing, color staining and sealing my travertine floors. I highly recommend Creative tile cleaning and marble restoration. They offer good quality work at a fair price.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quietly and continuously. They moved all the furniture very carefully, and then moved it back again. They were very meticulous about paying attention to detail while grouting the tiles. José was great at answering all my questions, and explained to me what he was doing. They did an excellent job of stripping the old sealer, polishing and sealing the travertine. José had to replace a broken tile and he did it beautifully without damaging any surrounding tiles. Much of the house had tiles that were from 1960, and some had chips on them. He repaired the chips on the the porcelain tiles so well that you can barely see where the chips were. When they were finished, it looked like a new house! So beautifully clean, with consistent color in the grout throughout the house. The travertine shined! I highly reccomend Creative Tile Cleaning and Marble Restoration.
