- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Consultation The customer reaches out with details about their cleaning needs. I ask questions to understand the scope of work (e.g., surfaces to be cleaned, level of buildup, any specific concerns). If needed, I provide a free on-site or virtual estimate. 2. Providing a Quote & Scheduling I offer a fair and transparent price based on the job requirements. Once the customer agrees, we schedule a convenient time for the service. 3. Preparation & Arrival I arrive on time with professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions (if applicable). I do a quick pre-inspection to assess any problem areas. 4. Pressure Washing Service I carefully and thoroughly clean all requested areas, ensuring even coverage and no damage to surfaces. I take my time, never rushing or cutting corners, to achieve the best results. 5. Customer Walk-Through & Final Touches Once the job is complete, I do a full walk-through with the customer. I address any concerns and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the results. 6. Payment & Follow-Up Payment is collected once the customer is happy with the job. I provide care tips and recommend maintenance schedules if needed. I follow up to ensure continued satisfaction and offer future services.
