Antonio did an excellent job on our front door lock which been malfunctioning for some time. We discussed several options regarding how to fix it including the possibility of installing a new lock. (The lock was a “Jado”which was installed almost thirty years ago and for which replacement parts were impossible to find despite a full web search Antonio made including discussions with a number of companies he reached that dealt with rare locks like ours). Finally it made sense to repair it by retooling the lock including fixing or replacing various parts of the lock system which was done using his remarkable assortment of tools he had in his van. By doing so we were able to save a considerable sum of money. He felt confident he was up to the challenge and thankfully he ultimately succeeded! It was a pleasure working with Antonio who is a true professional and clearly an expert in his trade. The job took almost two hours; thoughout he was pleasant, polite and certainly patient with me answering or explaining each step of the process to me. I am very thankful to Thumbtack who gave me the option to select him! We have nothing but the highest regard for Antonio and, of course, very highly recommend him! He was outstanding! Considering the difficulty of the job and the time taken to successfully complete it his fee was perfectly fair and reasonable!

I needed a locksmith ASAP. I saw all the 5 star reviews on TT then contacted Antonio from Another Locksmith. He met me earlier than the scheduled appointment and went to work. He changed 4 locks for me and fixed a broken door (hinges). He did a great job, was courteous, professional and had very fair pricing. I will use him the next time I need a locksmith. 100% satisfied customer.

I reached out to Antonio with a description of my needs, and he called me within 15 minutes. I had a very old fingerprint lock that was installed more than 10 years ago, which stopped working, and of course was obsolete. I wanted to replace it with a Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch. Antonio an I spoke on the phone for about 5 minutes, and he assured me that he could do the job. He then gave me a time window for the following day. He told me when he was on his way, and gave me an expected time of arrival. He explained everything that he would be doing and made sure that nothing was left to chance. He completed the job in about two hours, and he even walked me through setting up and calibrating the lock. I was very satisfied with Antonio's work and his professionalism. I will definitely use him again if needed.
