This review is solely based on my experience with communication and scheduling with this company. The job was never completed, as I cancelled it due to our appointment time continually being moved later. Communication started out fine. On the day of the task, the task was scheduled for 4PM. I was contacted and told this would be moved to “closer to 5PM.” This was not an issue. However, what followed was the company not contacting me surrounding further delays. I contacted the company, and was told 30-45 minute timeline. An hour then passed, so I contacted them again, and was told it would be 27 minutes. The driver then contacted me that it would be another 45 minutes until he would reach my location to complete my task. There seems to have been miscommunications between the supervisor and the driver/those completing the task. A task that was supposed to take 2 hours turned into several hours without completion of said task.
Details: I am moving the pool table to another location • 1-piece slate • Assemble table • Disassemble table • No change in floors to load the pool table • No change in floors to unload the pool table • 11 - 20 miles
