Alex was fast to respond, and to find the time in his schedule for an appointment. We had a problem with the dishwasher, and he was quick to identify the problem, which needed a part replacement. He was transparent about the cost of the part and the total cost of the work. We did 50% prepayment for total work at his 1st visit, and 2 days later when the part arrived, we made a final payment. He worked fast, and was very polite and professional the entire time. I highly recommend him for any appliance repairs, and will definitely work with him again!

Alex did great work! Our dryer was not drying our clothes and we wanted to see if our dryer can be fixed before attempting to purchase a new one so we found Alex and he did an amazing job! He fixed very well that it works even better. Highly recommend!

I had a significant leak related to a filter problem in my fridge that I discovered on a Saturday morning. This company was quick to respond to my request for service on Thumbtack, coming to my home to assess later that day. He assessed the problem, helped figured out where I could turn off the water to stop the leaking, ordered parts for repair (which he said would take 3-5 days to come) and was able to fix my problem by that following Tuesday. Really efficient. My only surprise was that the rep that came didn’t speak English and needed an app translator to communicate. It did not affect the great service I received, but it was a surprise. He didn’t actually introduce himself when he showed up at my door with his tools, saying nothing as he was examining the fridge. But honestly, once we started using the app and communicating, he was able to explain the problem and I was at ease. I only mention this because I know some customers might not be happy about this, but he got the job done by showing up on a weekend, assessing the problem, and fixing the problem in a timely way, for an affordable price. I am in no way disappointed!
