Alex was fast to respond, and to find the time in his schedule for an appointment. We had a problem with the dishwasher, and he was quick to identify the problem, which needed a part replacement. He was transparent about the cost of the part and the total cost of the work. We did 50% prepayment for total work at his 1st visit, and 2 days later when the part arrived, we made a final payment. He worked fast, and was very polite and professional the entire time. I highly recommend him for any appliance repairs, and will definitely work with him again!

Excellent! Called on a Friday and answered right away that he could be here Saturday morning. He was on time and took his time and explained what the problem was . He was very professional and I liked the quality of work. I was happy he cleaned up after himself as well. I have had others that did not before.
