They did the job but are very expensive. Cleaning my dryer vent was almost $500, which cost more than buying a new vent. Also wanted a new exterior dryer vent cover since the flap doesn’t close all the way. They said I don’t need it so now have to hire someone else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. -late -not the discussed price -tech kept calling me “buddy” condescendingly -no service call but still charged one Im a millennial so I don’t leave bad reviews. This was ATROCIOUS. Company and tech side. First bad review in years. I usually leave it alone.
