- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a customer decides to have their air ducts cleaned, we offer them a complimentary cleaning of their dryer duct as a gift.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an inspection. For us, it’s important to know the duct and HVAC conditions so we can know what we’re dealing with. Also, we always like to ask why the customer wants to get the service. For example if they suddenly develop allergies, recently did a reconstruction inside the house.
