Responded quickly and got the job done just how I needed. Even cleaned up after they were done. I was having a hard time finding a company to come and remove two dead trees, but they got me scheduled very quickly. Will definitely be using them again.

Royal and his team were great. We hired him to take down several trees including stump removal, which turned into a bigger project including clearout of garden beds. I was struck by Royal's professionalism and availability, and cannot say enough positive things about what a hard worker he is. He and his team were excellent about communicating and left the property super clean after a very extensive job. I highly recommend Royal and his team, and will definitely be hiring them in the future.

He proposed $200 service fee initially then offered me $150 later on. I agreed to pay $150 to get the work done. Then when they showed up to the site they said they cannot do the work unless I agreed to pay $250. I said I can pay the initial offer of $200 but they insisted $250, I declined the offer and they left. The issue is not about adding extra $50, it’s about professionalism and business ethics. I don’t feel confident in doing business with them.
