If I could I would give this fraudulent family service a negative 3 for rating. This is my 3rd time in 2 weeks booking with this JyV nonsense. Very unprofessional and if he thinks otherwise here is my proof of the BS. As you can see at 9:23am he tells me he will be there around 9am of that same day which is today and at 12:30 still no call or message. I guess he has a clock to reset so he can go back in time. Gd luck with this guy!
