Steve was fast and friendly. I needed an outdoor spigot replaced. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 11:50am on a Thursday. Steve was here by 12:25 and was done by 1pm. He was friendly and personable and was done before I knew it. My house was built in 1960 so I never know what strange issues will arise from non-professional repairs done over the years. I always have experts come in to ensure I'm not wasting time and money trying to do things myself. It was worth the money and I am very happy with my decision to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! I'll definitely call them in the future if any other issues arise.

Steve was very professional, made several checks running a camera while flushing with hot water. Debris dissipated and drains are flowing. Discovered leak under flooring to be analyzed.

Mr. Rhodes Dorbin is a very knowledgeable and courtesy plumber. He removed a gas tank water heater from my property, installed a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration system. There was a problem with the whole house water filtration system installation process by another technician. The problem was identified and rectified immediately by Mr. Rhodes. Now I have unlimited hot/purified water throughout my house while using less electricity. I would use his service again in the future if needed. Also, kudos to Mr. Matt (Manager) for contacting me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being performed.
