What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free in home estimates. If you are experiencing a plumbing issue that requires a diagnosis to determine the fix, there is a diagnostic fee which is typically $99. The diagnostic fee is waived if repairs are approved during the same visit. If you have questions regarding if you will be receiving an estimate or a diagnosis, please don't hesitate to ask when scheduling your appointment. Examples of free estimates: Installation of new water heaters, toilets, faucets, etc. Pricing for new construction or remodel projects A diagnostic is when we need to spend time figuring out what is wrong to determine the price to repair. Examples of visits requiring a diagnostic: Water leak Drain issues Repair of water heaters, toilets, faucets, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you to get more information about your plumbing need and find out what day and time works best for you. We offer same-day and emergency services if needed. We will then schedule you in our system after which you will receive a text message confirming your appointment day and time. When our technician is en route, you will receive another text message to let you know so that you can be home and ready for their arrival. At your appointment, you can expect an honest and highly experienced plumber that will explain everything to you and provide a price before starting work. The plumbing repair or installation will be done to the highest quality with a full warranty from Beach Town Plumbers. We strive to make this process as easy and convenient as possible!
