I am pleased to highly recommend Oksen (Ox) for any home repair or maintenance needs. I have worked with Ox for several years for a range of tasks, from fixing exterior structures / roof repair/ changing out kitchen island/entire kitchen remodel, repairing drywall, installing new light fixtures, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention of his work. He respects and treats your home as if it’s his. I’m super picky and he will even take off his shoes when inside the house which is a huge detail. He is impeccable in cleaning and leaving things better after work is done!!
From the get go, Ox has been a relentless professional, punctual, and reliable. He always communicates and arrives on time, which is unheard of! He is always ready to start the project, has all the necessary tools, and immediately gets to work with a great attitude . Projects assigned to him have always been completed efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail. Ox is incredibly talented and creative also which is a tremendous help when trying to make decisions and hearing his approach and shared experience is invaluable as we can all get overwhelmed during project execution. He ensures the results were not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
In addition to being skilled, Ox has excellent communication skills. He advises and helps pick up materials, then takes the time to explain the steps involved, provide options for different solutions, and ensure I was happy with the progress every step of the way.
