Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful for getting my pet stained carpet cleaned. They are white Berber and I thought I was just gonna have to replace it but it practically look brand new! Thank you for your prompt service and your upfront pricing.

Emerald Coast wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive and offered exactly what I wanted--exceptional service NOW! I had a smoker tenant moving out and a non-smoker tenant moving in the next day. Emerald Coast, in my opinion, undersold how well they could clean out nicotine smell from carpet. A day after they left, the house smelled new again and the carpets were spotless! Highly recommend this professional. They also offer tile grout cleaning which I will probably contract for soon.

Not only did they do a good job cleaning the carpet, they cleaned the tile and grout and (3) area rugs too. The grout looks good as new. Steve and Tricia are professional and tidy. I recommend their services.
