FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to be upfront and say that we may not be the cheapest option, but we believe that sets us apart from other companies. The lowest price isn’t always the best value. Many companies rely on chemicals in their processes, but those chemicals, if not handled properly, can cause damage. Our methods are designed to be safe and effective, ensuring long-lasting results for up to 10 years or more. We focus on delivering quality and reliability, not cutting corners.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward and customer-focused: 1. Scheduling: I work with the client to set up a convenient time to visit the job site. 2. Inspection: Upon arrival, I introduce myself, assess the roof by walking it thoroughly, and evaluate its condition. 3. Proposal: After the inspection, I provide a clear and transparent price estimate based on the work required. 4. Execution: If the client is ready to move forward, I begin the project promptly, complete the work efficiently, and ensure everything meets the highest standards before receiving payment. 5. Follow-Up: After completion, I kindly ask satisfied clients to refer me to friends or family who may need my services. If the client isn’t ready to proceed, I provide my contact information, let them know I’m available when they’re ready, and wish them a great day. My goal is to offer professional, hassle-free service while building long-lasting relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education began at 14 when I took the leap and took over my father’s business. My training has come from years of learning through trial and error, turning mistakes into valuable lessons. These are the kinds of insights you can’t gain in a classroom. Everything I know today comes from real-world, hands-on experience—building a foundation of knowledge through perseverance and a commitment to growth. To be 100% honest and transparent with my customers, I did attend a few classes and training programs over the years. But to be real with you, they didn’t teach me anything of real value. In many cases, I found I had more practical knowledge than the instructors, who often lacked real-world experience. That’s why I rely on my own hands-on expertise, built from decades of experience, to deliver genuine results and earn my customers’ trust.”
