My backyard is perfect with a beautiful (maintenance free) putting green and a chipping area next to it, which is great for closest to the pin contests and all night putting contests!

Not punctual. Work quality eventually came out great, but responsiveness was lacking, but will be a long term relationship and believe it is improving.
Southwest Greens of Jacksonville's reply
Our work quality has always been of the highest quality and responsiveness to clients is met with the upmost speed as busy schedules will allow. I am not certain of the "punctuality" being spoken of, in 15 years of business I have two meetings which I was tardy or unable to attend. As to the "quality eventually coming out" are you possibly referring to a sand filled golf green which may have not been rolling quick enough due to being installed during the winter? If so, it is extremely common to incur issues with rolling a green for speed and true ball roll when there is a lack of sunlight, over abundance of rain and lack of time to roll the green, cold weather during the winter, or worse, when all three factors are simultaneously involved. Is this possibly the situation which you experienced? We appreciate your feedback so we may always improve with each business day. Thank you and have a great day!
