- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects what Xactimate says. We only discuss the scope of work required to bring your home to pre loss condition. Xactimate is the industry standard that has fixed pricing. We cannot alter or change those numbers. Retail work, I will break it down line item by line item
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most our clients have not work a claim before. We educate the client on our process and explain how we can help restore homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent many hours in training. From The Adjuster Academy of Texas, OSHA 30, NCCR scaffold training, and John Mansville application courses.
