- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 2-hour minimum of $50/hr for each appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a FREE 20-minute video/phone call consultation to understand and assess your organizational needs. Questions I typically ask: 1. Areas of need (closet, bedroom, bathroom, etc.) 2. Type of organization needs (unpacking, storage solution sourcing, sorting, etc.) 3. Current issues with the space: What is causing you frustration or stress in this space? Is it too much stuff, too little storage, etc.? 4. Goals for the space: What do you want and need out of your space? How do you want this space to function? From there, I create a plan for how to organize your space best. I'll share this with you and we adjust it as needed. Once the plan is approved, I get started sorting!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in research - which actually has a lot of overlap with home organization! Both fields require keen attention to detail, effective organizational systems, the ability to distinguish between what’s essential and what’s not, as well as strong collaboration skills.
