My name is Diana. I am stationed in Gainesville, FL but I have cleaners all over the state of Florida waiting to service your cleaning needs. I have personally been a cleaner for the past five years. The day before the appointment you will receive a call or a text from myself confirming your appointment informing you of the name of your cleaner(s) of the day. Diana, the owner of Zipclean is very nice and fast at responding. The person who cleaned my house however didn’t complete everything I paid for. I bought a deep clean and added on base board cleaning. The baseboards were only clean in like 40% of the house, the fridge was not wiped down and none of the walls were cleaned which were all included in the cost. 3 stars for the responsiveness and how fast they could come out, but two stars off as the cleaning was not all completed.

I started out as a cleaner. I worked a contractor job partnered with the City cleaning rec centers and park bathrooms. I enjoyed my job so much I decided to go out on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Commercial and Residential contracts. I've worked with The Alachua county school system as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get more than one quote. Don't go with the first quote you receive.
