I had Denise come out and clean my home, as a mother sometimes my life get crazy . She did not hesitate to make sure my whole home was spotless , clear of any dirt and just looking brand new . She also explained that the cleaning would be safe for my children and pets. She clean spots I didnt even know I had haha ! Hi Veronica I’m sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the cleaning. We moved everything to dust that had the ability to be moved, we had access to, and had the ability to safety get to, as well as did high areas and low areas. We did not move furniture or appliances because we only do that during a move out clean. We even had you look at the rooms before we left to make sure we did everything you asked of us. All baseboards, trim, doors, and cabinets were wiped down. We also wiped or tried to remove stains on walls. The interior and exterior of the back and front doors were cleaned. This was in addition to a standard clean of cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms, and living room. The only room we did not vacuum was the room your father and dog were in because you asked us not to go in there. Other than that, all floors were swept, vacuumed, and mopped.
We suggest doing a deep clean first to address build up and areas of concern and then a regular standard clean to keep up with the maintenance of the home.
