Not very responsive, nor helpful. I was told I would hear back regarding an estimate later that day. I waited two weeks for a response, and finally I decided to reach out again. He wasn't able to give me a basic estimate per sq. ft. and said he would have to come out once he gets back in town which wouldn't be for another week, so I asked for a general timeline, to which - two days later - I *still have not received a response. No longer interested.
