- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for recurrent services whether they are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We price based on an estimated range, if we end up spending less time than anticipated we stay at the lower end, if more time is required we stay at the higher end. We have never had a complain about our prices, in fact our customers are happy with the quality of the job our staff performs on a consistent basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We highly encourage our new customers to give us a call to establish the relationship...hopefully a long term one! We are a local and family owned business, so when you call you will not get an automated machine, you will speak right away with one of our staff and we will do our best to make it work for you from the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder worked for 5 years for a well respected cleaning company in the Fort Walton Beach area. She decided to start CleanPressive to address some of the main issues she was seeing at her former company which was: Poor Quality. She takes care of hiring and training our staff so everybody follows CleanPressive's mision and vision.
