We were very pleased with the job done by this company. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review is when they arrived, I was informed the cost would be more than double I was initially quoted! After some time negotiating, and considering we were cleaning up post two hurricanes, we went ahead and authorized the work.

John arrived on time with no previous reschedule which was a godsend in itself! Many of you who hire professionals to work in/on your home know that getting them there is half the battle. Phantom was on it and arrived with a smile so that made me so happy! He is an honest guy, true to his word, and did an outstanding job. He even did some other little projects for me that I needed help with. If John was a handyman, I could sure keep him busy but for now we will keep him coming for our yearly gutter clean. Don’t hesitate to hire Phantom!

Phantom Pressure Cleaning came through and performed an excellent job. The pressure washing project comprised the roof, driveway, walkway, rear patio, and exterior walls.
