We contacted John and he quickly was able to fit us in the next day . He arrived early and , with his helper , did an excellent job of cleaning our roof and two of the external walls , that needed cleaning . John was efficient , courteous and explained what they were doing . Highly recommend .

We were very pleased with the job done by this company. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star review is when they arrived, I was informed the cost would be more than double I was initially quoted! After some time negotiating, and considering we were cleaning up post two hurricanes, we went ahead and authorized the work.

John responded almost immediately when I requested a quote through Thumbtack. More importantly, he had an opening for the next day, which is when he came by to power wash the roof. His quick response and coming by the following day impressed me since one well-established power washer outright lied about doing my roof within a whole month and a second “recommended” washer didn’t bother to return two phone calls requesting their service. Job done was well done and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Phantoms Pressure cleaning.
