We hired Emerald City Pressure Washing for complete lanai pressure wash, exterior of windows cleaned and some windows and slider doors re-screening. Everything looks really nice.
Luis was great communicating all the time, he and his team were very professional and paid attention to detail. We'll hire in the future.

Jose’ was polite and very thorough in cleaning our gutters, it required getting on the roof and cleaning them out especially where the Lanai meets the house, they were totally clogged. The upcharge to $230 was quite reasonable and expected. It’s a multi roof 2650 sq. Ft home, we will have Emerald City back for window cleaning and gutter cleaning every 6 months.
