- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our starting fee is $10 per signature/stamp. Travel fees are an additional charge which is dependent upon the location and the appointment time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is we'll respond to the customer via the app, and follow up with a call. From there, we will get the customer's availability, and then we'll agree on a mutual time that'll work for us and the customer, as well as the location of where we'll meet the customer. Our contact information will be provided for any additional questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a notary public and a loan signing agent for almost four years. I am certified through the NNA (National Notary Association), as well as an education program called the Loan Signing System to further my knowledge on real estate closings. References are available upon request.
