- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in providing clear and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. If you send photos and a detailed description of the type and scope of work, I can provide an accurate estimate before starting any job, so you know exactly what to expect. Please note that I have a minimum charge equivalent to two hours of work. I also offer discounts for larger projects and for returning clients as a way to show my appreciation. If you have a specific budget, I’m more than happy to discuss options to ensure we find the best solution without compromising on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by understanding your needs and expectations. We’ll discuss the scope of the project, your budget, and timeline. I then provide a detailed estimate and, if everything looks good, we schedule the work. Throughout the project, I maintain open communication to ensure you’re informed and satisfied with the progress. My goal is to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes a degree from an architectural college, where I developed a strong foundation in design and construction principles. After graduating, I gained extensive experience in construction and plumbing through participation in numerous projects. For the last four years, I owned a company and worked in Europe as a technical specialist in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This diverse experience allows me to offer a wide range of services with a high level of expertise and professionalism.
